In today’s competitive talent landscape, attracting, retaining and motivating the right people for your business is essential. HR leaders need to foster an engaging and productive work environment to drive organisational and people performance.
Leaving it up to informal processes, individual managers and assumptions around communications practices isn’t fit for purpose. HR teams need to take the lead in setting out a robust, consistent internal communications and engagement process that works for the diverse teams and individuals in your organisation.
So what does this look like in practice, and how do you get it to work for you?

About the webinar
Our webinar will feature a discussion with leading HR consultant, Harri Jones, on the challenges facing HR teams in attracting and retaining talent, and motivating your people in a rapidly changing employment landscape.
The employment market has had to deal with some seismic changes recently, from the pandemic, to the rise of hybrid and remote working and the impact of new technologies, as well as a highly competitive talent market with a shortage of skilled people across a wide range of industries and roles.
We explore how HR teams are responding to these challenges, creating and maintaining cohesive and motivated teams.
