Meet Jemma Wyman, an account executive

Marketing inspiration

“I have spent the last 10 years working for Bright Horizons, a leading childcare provider across the UK, where I supported the Marketing team within the Communications and offline marketing world. I achieved lots of great things with Bright Horizons and one of my greatest achievements was to be the face of the company at national business events including the National Baby Show in London.

I have worked with PDS as a valued provider to the business and when I saw they were hiring I decided to apply to begin a new challenge. I hope I can bring a marketing perspective to PDS and help its clients with a creative input into their plans, activities and campaigns.”

Positive vibes

“I am originally from Warwickshire and first came to Northamptonshire to study teaching at the University of Northampton. I have since worked hard to achieve my CIM qualification in Marketing and even completed a proofreading and copy-editing course online during lockdown to keep my brain active. The greatest advice that I have ever been given, which I apply to both my professional and personal life is to always find a solution and not dwell on the problem and to always be positive.”

Community-focused

“My spare time is taken up with looking after my two young children, who keep me on my toes, as well as supporting Earls Barton Under-8s football club where my husband is a coach and my daughter plays. My husband and I, have previously organised fundraising activities to help raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society after family members have suffered with dementia. We have raised money through quiz nights and family fun days, and we are looking forward to continuing to raise more money when we can all get together again!”
