Purpose of Role

The management and printing of client posters and to provide support to the Mailing & Fulfilment Manager as and when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • The printing and fulfilment of client posters
  • Working with Mailing & Fulfilment Manager on the quality of output and efficiency measure of the department and ultimately, PDS client service, escalating any issues to management
  • Management of the department, during holidays and absence
  • Daily and ad-hoc projects as and when required
  • Hand work including enclosing, making up packaging, labelling application & palletising
  • Must adhere to company’s health and safety policies at all times
  • Works with the wider logistics teams to ensure work is completed alongside wider business needs

Qualifications and Experience

  • Ideally experience in a busy professional warehouse
  • Previous supervisory experience would be preferred
  • Required to have a full clean UK driving license
  • PC literate, with working experience of Microsoft Office (emailing, excel, word) and the ability to learn in-house stock systems
